Return Policy

Returns must be approved by our customer service staff and a return authorization number must be issued.  There will be a 15% restocking fee on unauthorized and/or damaged items.  Non-stock and/or custom items are non-returnable.  Friddle's Orthopedic reserves the right to deny credit if goods do not pass inspection.
